Heard Depp drama’s over

Amber Heard tried.

She did everything she could think of to set Johnny Depp up to take a fall to the tune of millions. Probably from the moment she saw the first spark of interest in Johnny’s eyes, she probably schemed to get every red cent possible out of him.

She put her wife on the back burner.
She wiggled her way into his bed.
She even got a ring on his finger.

And, the whole time, she was setting him up.

She was whispering sob stories of abuse into any sympathetic ear that would listen, until she finally hit the jackpot in Oi Tillett Wright. Originally a friend of Johnny’s, claiming care about him like a brother, Wright ended up being Heard’s biggest champion. Wright’s the one that called the police that fateful night after Heard ran screaming that Johnny had abused her.

Was Wright simply a kind, sympathetic pawn? Did Heard flirt her way into Wright’s fondest graces? We may never know.

At the same time as orchestrating the perfect witness in Wright, Heard was laying other avenues of groundwork as well. She saw doctors, hinting at abuse, being prescribed medication that she took pictures of herself with to prove the history of abuse.

And all the while bedding Depp, smiling in his face and wrapping her legs around his back. Feeling with her heels for the best spot to plant the knife in his back. Posing for the cameras and spending his money. Enjoying the fame that comes with danging on Johnny Depp’s arm and jockeying for roles she might not have gotten otherwise.

She went for it after Wright called the cops, accusing Johnny of abuse and taking to the world’s stage playing the role of victim. Showing up at court with (painted on?) bruises on her face that witnesses asserted weren’t there before and after the public display in front of the courthouse.

Every time she tried to pull ahead in the poll of public opinion, she fell flat. With not a single shred of evidence, and burdened with a history of being arrested for committing domestic abuse herself, Heard was simply never believable.

She gave it one last show, leaking that video of Johnny slamming cabinets around in his apartment. That, I’m sure, was supposed to be the coup de grace, Johnny’s downfall.

Nope.

The video only proved to be an obvious attempt to distract the public eye away from her disastrous deposition. The one at which she was asked to explain why two cops, 5 concierges, building tenants and everybody else close to the couple never saw a single shred of evidence of abuse. Not even on the night of Wright’s 911 call. She couldn’t explain it, and didn’t even really try. I guess she thought that the public, lawyers, judge and jury would believe her sob stories just because she’s a pretty girl.

Sorry, kid. Doesn’t work that way. Not this time.

After the video failed miserably, Heard folded like a house of cards. She withdrew her claims of abuse and settled for 7 million to walk away.

Just like that, it’s over.

At one point in the drama, Depp had offered an 8 million dollar settlement, but that was rejected. Heard probably thought she could get a lot more for playing victim. He’s worth over $400 million, after all. She probably thought she was entitled to at least double digits for all the work she put in. For pretending to be straight all that time.  For bedding a (smoking? drinking?) guy twice her age that she probably never found sexually attractive at all. She’s gay, remember, married to a woman since 2008 – and that legal domestic partnership was never resolved. Just imagine how many faked orgasms went into keeping Johnny happy all that time.

She WORKED for that money, damn it!

But, in the end, she gave it up and settled for a discounted offer, a million less than the offer she rejected earlier on.

That’s probably the smartest move she’s made yet. Take the money and run.

I’m sure that if Johnny wanted to, he could pursue her for false accusations and defamation of character. But he’s too much of a gent to do that, and I’m sure he’ll be glad just to get rid of her. I can’t say I blame him.

In a statement, Heard promises  to donate proceedings of the settlement to charity. She fails to mention how much or which charity, however.

Buck and a half in a Salvation Army red bucket is my guess.

Depp-osition, take 2

Ah, THAT’S why Amber Heard’s ‘damning’ video hit the airwaves. She was finally forced to give a deposition. She got out of it last week by having a meltdown, but this past Saturday, Heard finally had to sit in that hot-seat and answer direct questions.

Transcripts haven’t been released, but according to sources, she was grilled pretty hard with  questions about why nobody – including 2 cops 5 concierges, several bodyguards and every other tenant in the building – didn’t see a single mark on her after she accused Johnny Depp of abusing her. Not so much as smudged mascara, let alone evidence of his horrendous abuse.

Her answer?

Reportedly, she continues to insist that she was injured, and couldn’t account for what others saw.

Really? What is she, five years old? Insisting that there are monsters under the bed even though the light’s been turned on? Even though a MYRIAD of witnesses saw her without bruises, including the same day, before and after she showed up in court with a shiner.

No wonder that video got leaked when it did. Heard needed something to make Johnny look like a monster, since she couldn’t convince anybody with her own lame testimony and lack of a single shred of tangible proof.

Well, if that video is the best she’s got, she really is out of gas.

People who saw the whole video are willing to testify that only heavily edited parts of it got leaked. What we didn’t see was even more footage of Heard prodding Johnny, baiting and antagonizing him.

We did see enough of that, though. Her interjecting leading comments and hiding the phone, showing her deviously baiting him and filming him without his knowledge – which could get her charged in California, a 2-party consent state. It’s illegal to record a private conversation with somebody without their knowledge and consent, especially when there’s a reasonable expectation of privacy – like in their own home.

Personally, I hope they throw the book at her.

At least for this deposition, she managed to show up on time. Still donning her shool-marm-at-a-funeral costume, I see.

What is it with her and those fugly black shoes?
We KNOW she owns more shoes than that. Do these have some sentimental value? They’re the same ones she wore to have lunch with her wife. Yes, I said WIFE. Heard and Tasya Van Ree entered into a legally binding domestic partnership that was never dissolved. The two are still very much married, as such. Is it Heard’s way of sending a message of love and solidarity to her beloved wife? Carol Burnett tugged her ear. Some people blow kisses. Maybe Heard’s way to tell her wife that she loves her at a glance is to plod around in those butt-ugly chunk-heel mules.

And what’s up with those fresh bruises on her arm?
Is she going to try to blame Johnny for those, too? Or does she have another mark lined up to blame for those? Billionaire Elon Musk, maybe? Could she be setting him up from the start with bruises seen the world over during her messy divorce from Johnny Depp?

If the payday from a measly millionaire isn’t satisfying enough, maybe setting up a billionaire will pay better.

Heard’s crazy Depp video

At last! Here’s the ace Amber Heard’s been hiding up her sleeve. The video of Johnny that she promised would PROVE that he’s got a violent temper and seal the deal for her. The video got “leaked” to TMZ. I guess after her ridiculous behavior at the deposition she didn’t give last weekend, she felt she needed to drop a bombshell to sway the public’s opinion in her favor. (I didn’t say back in her favor because I don’t think she’s had the public’s favor yet over this whole thing.)

I gotta tell ya, I can’t WAIT to tear this thing apart. So much so that I’m doubling down on posts today.

The video is below, but first, let me describe it.

The video starts with Johnny kicking a kitchen cabinet, shouting “MOTHERF-ER!” repeatedly.

Heard, holding a travel mug in front of the phone so he won’t see it, asks “What happened?” Johnny walks away.

When Johnny walks back into the kitchen nowhere near her, Heard positions herself in front of the camera so he won’t see it. Clearly, she is filming him without his knowledge or consent. She ask him again, “What happened?”

He slams a few kitchen cabinets around, breaking something, then wanders back out of sight.

Heard says “Nothing happened this morning. You know that.” Something smashes.

Johnny asks: “Were you here?”

Heard answers: “No.”

Johnny replies: “So then nothing happened TO YOU this morning.”

Heard answers back: “Yeah, you’re right. I just woke up and you were still asleep, so…”

Johnny walks back into view, into the kitchen, fetches a glass and walks back out of frame again.

Amber continues: “We weren’t even fighting this morning. All I did was say sorry.”

Johnny comes back into the kitchen area and tries to get the subject back on track by asking “Did something happen TO YOU this morning? I don’t think so.” And walks back out again.

Heard moves the phone to try to keep Johnny in sight more.

Johnny, not noticing the phone yet, walks toward the counter where she’s standing and reaches for a bottle of wine. Heard quickly puts her cup in front of the phone so Johnny won’t see it.

Pouring himself a drink, johnny says: “You want to see crazy? I’ll give you crazy. Here’s crazy. Oh, you’re crazy.” He pours himself a drink. “There’s your crazy.” He puts the bottle down hard.

Heard points at the bottle and asks: “Have you drunk this whole thing this morning?”

That’s when Johnny notices the phone. “Oh, you’ve got this thing running?”

Amber stammers: “I just started it.”

Johnny snatches up the phone, saying: “Oh, really? Really?” And throws it.

And my take on it:

Johnny was obviously pissed off about something that happened when she wasn’t home that morning. She took advantage of the moment, planted the camera and inserted her own self-serving comments to manipulate his anger about something unrelated so that she could paint herself as the victim.

Heard tries to put fear into her voice, to play victim, but look at her actions. Never once does she shy away from him. Quite the opposite. When he approaches, she puts herself in front of the camera, to hide it.

And never once does she run out, the poor, frightenend victim of his rage. Instead, she stands with her hip cocked and a travel mug held casually in her hand.

All she managed to prove is that even when he’s angry enough to slam kitchen cabinets, HE DIDN’T TOUCH HER. He didn’t swear at her. He didn’t lift a pinky toward her. All he did was insist that NOTHING HAPPENED TO HER, clearly trying to tell her that he was pissed about something that had nothing to do with her.

Even when he discovered that she was recording him, he didn’t make any aggressive action towards her. He reached PAST her and snatched up the phone.

Several questions leap to mind.
If she was so afraid of him, why didn’t she leave when she saw that he was in such a rage?
Why didn’t she call the police on the spot?
Why didn’t she leave him, right then and there?
Why has it taken so long for this “devastating” video to see the light of day, unless she was holding it until it could fetch her a higher settlement?

Sorry to tell her, but she falls short, yet again.

All she managed to do with this “damning” video is prove that HE DIDN’T ABUSE HER.

Good job!

Amber Heard, she-say/she-say

Ohhh. That’s why we haven’t heard what Amber Heard said at her deposition last weekend. Because she didn’t say anything.

Heard showed up an hour and a half (more?) late to the depostion, then didn’t give one.

SHE says that estranged husband’s lawyers didn’t take a deposition from her. Kept her there for 9 hours and never asked her a thing. The rudeness!

But paperwork filed by Depp’s lawyers maintains that Heard refused to come out of an adjoining office. Heard is described as “hysterically crying and pacing in her separate conference room, or screaming and yelling at times and laughing at others, appearing manic and irrational.” Depp’s lawyers claim that Amber’s counsel tried to reason with her throughout the day. Unsuccessfully, apparently.

So. Heard couldn’t put off the deposition any longer, but still got out of testifying.

For now.

The hearing on Heard’s accusations against Depp for domestic violence has now been scheduled for August 17th. Depp’s legal team is expected to call as many as 23 witnesses to testify on his behalf, including Depp’s former long-time love Vanessa Paradis, the two officers that responded to neighbor Oi Tillet Wright’s 911 call (and found no evidence of any crime), Hilda Vargas (Heard and Depp’s) housekeeper, who will give evidence about a surprise discovery made in the couple’s home back in April. I can’t wait to hear what that was! The anticipation!

Interestingly, Heard’s publicist Jodi Gottleib is on JOHNNY’S list of witnesses.

Heard’s legal team plans to call 7 witnesses, including Johnny Depp himself as a hostile witness. They also plan to introduce such evidence as testimony from people who will detail abuse claims that Heard described to them, and a picture of Heard holding a bottle of pills back in 2014 that she says she took because of being abused.

I wonder whatever happened to the video Heard promised to produce PROVING that Johnny abused her. That hasn’t been brought up lately, has it? Hmmm. I wonder why.

Basically, it looks like Heard’s got a whole lot of evidence she SAYS comes from being abused. Not one single shred of actual proof that she really was.

If Heard wins, the restraining order against Depp can be extended up to 5 years. If Depp wins, the restraining order is dismissed.

Most likely, the findings from this hearing will impact hugely upon the final figures of the divorce settlement. If, as I suspect, Heard’s ‘evidence’ falls flat and the judge sends her and her restraining order packing, she’ll get much less out of him.

Let’s not forget that she an only ask for half of what he earned during their marriage – not their entire relationship. And, from whatever Johnny earned DURING THAT 15 MONTHS ONLY, any expenses he paid will be deducted. That means that if he earned 10 million, but paid 10 million on their homes, cars, vacations, insurance, her clothes, jewelry, shopping sprees, etc, then she gets nothing from him. Nada. Zip.

Heard seems to me to be a pretty high maintenance kind of girl, so it’s extremely possible that Depp spent MORE on her upkeep during their marriage than he earned during that period. He’s got quite a lot of money from his career before he met her, but remember, she can only count what he earned during the actual marriage. The time they were together before that don’t count. She can’t touch it.

For all her hard work, for that five years spent on her back, Heard could walk away without a dime.

And, if Heard’s claims aren’t upheld, Depp could turn around and sue her ass for defamation of character. He could win damages against her.

Johnny’s too much of a gentleman to do that, but me, I’d call it Karma if he did.

Heard still not deposed

That’s why we haven’t  heard about Amber Heard’s deposition. She still hasn’t given one. She showed up an hour and a half late, then sat around in another room while the lawyers tried to hash out some sort of settlement instead.

It didn’t work.

Heard left without being placed under oath or making any formal statement at all.

She still has a restraining order out against estrange husband Johnny Depp.
Personally, I don’t think she needs to bother with one. I can’t think of a single reason Depp would want to go anywhere near her. She tried to frame him for domestic abuse, hooked back up with her wife, is hanging around in exotic places with some other guy, and continues to tie up legal proceedings because, apparently, she’s not seeing numbers she likes. Why in the world would he want to occupy the same air space as the hag that’s making his life so miserable?

How many millions does she need from Depp when she reportedly already has hooks cast out to try to snag billionaire Elon Musk. Compared to that guy, Depp is a relative pauper. If it’s money she’s after, she needs to cut Johnny loose, polish off her claws and concentrate on sinking them into her next mark.

Amber Heard, too little, too late

Amber Heard showed up more than an hour late for her deposition in her case against estranged Johnny Depp. Maybe she caught wind of the juggernaut team of attorneys waiting for her. Maybe she needed a little extra time to scrub her glamour-puss. Maybe she needed the time to paint on fresh bruises. Maybe she couldn’t bother to get out of bed-whoever’s sharing it with her these days.

Heard has delayed giving her deposition as long as she could, citing conflicts with her work schedule. Finally, though, she had to climb in the hot seat.
But not on time.

Evidently, Miss Thang seems to think that the entire world, including the legal system, revolves around her. She showed up more than an hour late, sporting her customary schoolmarm-at-a-funeral garb (including the same ugly black shoes she wore to meet with her wife recently) and lack of glamour grooming. Every trying to appear as the poor put-upon victim, purposely rolling up her sleeve to draw attention to fresh bruises on her arm.

If you watch the first video of Heard arriving (late) at the deposition on the Daily Mail UK site, you’ll see that she does her best to keep up the somber victim act. But, poor actress that she is, she drops the facade and smirks when one of the photogs asks her “How do you feel about the people that don’t believe that Johnny beat you?” Her expression is snarky an vindictive, not sad and hurt, as a true victim would be. Rather, she betrays herself as being childish and vengeful, seeming to express that she’ll show them, and Johnny, and their little dog, too.

In my opinion, nothing about her backs up her claims of being abused. It seems, instead, like she’s the abusive one, manipulative and greedy. For Johnny’s money, for sympathy, and for whatever attention she can get.

Is she going to blame Johnny for those marks on her arm, too? Or is she going after some new sucker? Watch out Elon Musk. If she’ll do it to Johnny, she’ll do it to you, too.
Or maybe these bruises come from tussling with her wife. Heard was arrested for hitting wife Tasya Van Ree in the past. Maybe they just like it rough.

There’s no word yet on what was said or settled at the deposition. When it comes to light, I’ll doubtless have something to say about it.

Heard running out of road

Amber Heard is complaining that Johnny Depp is trying to stall the divorce proceedings. She and her lawyer have filed court documents this week alleging that the Pirates star is delaying the inevitable.

The reason she’s complaining?  Because Depp has requested court ordered non-disclosure on every aspect of the proceedings, meaning that Heard can’t flap her gums about Johnny’s finances, any documents filed during the divorce, and how much she does (or doesn’t) get out of him. And if she does leak anything, she’ll face a %100,000 fine for each incident. That means that she can’t “leak” any information to the process without having it hit her where she lives: in the wallet. No more pissing and moaning about him in the press to garner sympathy and jockey for a higher payday, or it’ll cost her.

Personally, I think that’s a smart move on Depp’s part.

What I really think is bothering Heard is that she’s about to be deposed. She’ll finally have to back up her accusations that Depp physically abused her. Until now, she’s been able to get by with dubious photos of (possibly) painted-on bruises, emotionally manipulated testimony from people that weren’t even there, and just because she said so. Now, she’ll be forced to put up or shut up.

While Heard complains that Depp is stalling for time, Heard herself has delayed having to give her deposition more than once by sniggling over paperwork and then by claiming that she can’t be deposed because it would conflict with her work schedule.
Sooner or later, though, she’s going to run out of ways to put it off. Much as she’d like to get everything her way, she’s eventually going to have to give that deposition, and she’s going to have to prove her allegations.

Like with any fraud that’s forced to substantiate their fabricated accusations, I don’t think she’ll be able to prove Jack Squat. My money says that she’ll demur, abandoning the allegations, claiming:
1) that she just wants it over with
2) that it’s too painful to revisit
3) that she doesn’t want to damage his career because she still cares about him
4) that some kind of technical difficulty occurred and the proof is gone

or, like most con artists, by trying to redirect attention somewhere else. I wouldn’t put it past her to come up with some new injury to get out of it. Some dramatic new illness, like fainting from starving herself (the DRAMA!)
Or a traffic accident (PITY PARTY!)
Or a stalker that forces her to hide out, or even attacks her ( the HORROR!)
presenting herself as a(n ongoing) victim to dodge the fact that she doesn’t have any proof to offer to back up her allegations. Playing the victim to avoid proving that she’s a victim.

We’ve seen the type before, haven’t we? Smoke and mirrors when facts are called for.

I’m sitting here with a tub of popcorn waiting to see what she comes up with to get out of it. She’s got a flair for the pitifully dramatic, but she hasn’t exactly displayed a dazzling gift for imagination or execution. So far, everything she’s tried  has fallen flat. Screaming “Stop hitting me!” when he’s nowhere near her. Claiming that he hit her and tore up the house, while first responders don’t find any evidence of injury or struggle. Not a rocket scientist, she.

As of right now, her deposition is set for the weekend of August 6th. We’ll just have to see what she comes up with to get out of it.

Whatever she cooks up, I’m sure it’ll be amusing in a train wreck kind of way.

Even more amusing would be if she can’t put it off anymore, can’t back up her claims, and gets yanked back on her chain for it. I would LOVE to see her charged with filing a false report, lying to the police, wasting first responders’ time and resources. And I’d love to see her slapped with defamation charges. Scamming gold-digger, meet Karma.

Diggin’ for gold

Johnny Depp has requested confidentiality in his ongoing divorce proceedings from ex wife Amber Heard. According to his request, Heard previously agreed to maintain privacy, but has refused to sign anything to that effect, and has repeatedly pandered to the press.

Well, of course she is. The worse Heard can make Depp look in the court of public opinion, the more money she can wring out of him. Duh.

Included in the statement, Heard is digging around for every bit of gold she can, nosing around in Johnny’s finances from before she came along, and after she left him. According to California state law, she might be entitled to any assets the couple accrued during their marriage. That’s it. She can’t touch anything he earned before they wed, or after they split. But she’s poking around, requesting financial information from before they got married. And she’s curious about his finances from his current tour with The Hollywood Vampires, Johnny’s band with Alice Cooper and (Aerosith’s) Joe Perry.

It seems Heard is also trying to acquire financial information fro Depp’s band-mates. Probably to find out how much they earned in a bid to find out how much Depp has earned. The greedy gold-digger has no right whatsoever to find out what they earned, or what Depp has earned from the band. Their tour started after her split from him. It’s simply none of her business. But that’s not stopping her from digging around.

With a confidentiality order in pace, it’s likely that we’ll never know the details of whatever settlement they reach. But I can see Johnny paying her more than she’s worth just to get rid of her. I don’t blame him, to a degree. It’s completely understandable to want to be rid of such a toxic, manipulative shrew. Nobody needs that shit.

At the same time, I’d like to see Johnny stand up and force her hand. Make her prove those allegations of spousal abuse. Make her settle for exactly what she’s entitled to, and not a penny more. Chances are good that with an accounting of their combined earnings and expenditures during the 15 months of their marriage, she wouldn’t walk away with much.

That, in my opinion, would be justice.

If she had proof of abuse, he’d already be in jail. Ergo, she doesn’t have squat.

It would be glorious if she walked away with nothing. She spent years whoring herself out to him, maneuvering herself into a marriage with him, all in order to walk away with a major payday to finance her future with her wife, Taysa Van Ree. I would personally LOVE to see the gold-digger walk away with nothing for all her effort.

But not everybody has the constitution to wage a battle like that. He’ll probably pay her to make her go away so that he can move forward with his life.

I only hope that his future brightens up. Drunk(?), stoned(?), wasted(?) and playing band is well and good for a teenager. For a 50-something who isn’t actually a rock star, it just smacks of pathetic. A little time knocked for a loop following the death of his beloved mother and such a reprehensible divorce is to be understood. But only briefly. He needs to shake it off. He needs to act his age.

And bitterness doesn’t look good on anybody.

I hope he dries out, sobers up, pulls his bitter head out of his miserable ass, and sets his feet upon a healthier path. Every day he wallows in self-pity is a victory for his ex. I’d hate to see him hand her that on an ongoing basis.

Amber Heard Bigamy?

There are new headlines every day about Amber Heard’s divorce from Johnny Depp.

The question I have is about Heard’s divorce from Taysa Van Ree.
Amber Heard and Taysa Van Ree were married by way of a legally binding partnership in 2011. Heard even changed her name to Van Ree, stating the reason as “Domestic Partnership.” The two were considered married in every legal way available in 2011. They even celebrated with a ceremony. Gay marriage wasn’t legal in California until 2013.

But was that legal partnership ever legally dissolved?

If not, is Amber Heard a bigamist for marrying Johnny Depp?

Maybe not, technically, because her Domestic Partnership with Van Ree wasn’t actually a legal marriage. But the fact remains that for all intents and purposes, Heard is still involved in a legally binding Domestic Partnership with her “wife” Taysa Van Ree. They never dissolved the union.

So, now, Heard and Van Ree are free to continue with that partnership, and Johnny gets to foot the bill for it, to the tune of tens of millions.

Talk about having your cake and eating it, too.

Scum

Getting your beloved’s name tattooed on you is never a good idea. Johnny Depp should have learned that lesson after his split from Winona Ryder. Instead of Winona forever, that tat now reads “Wino.”

But, no. He had to go and tattoo his nickname for (soon to be ex wife) Amber Heard on his knuckles. SLIM.

Well, now, thanks to the beauty of divorce – one that everybody but Depp saw coming – he’s changed yet another set of inked words on his body. His knuckles now read SCUM.

But how do you really feel, Johnny?

He also got a clunky, awkward cover over a pinup tat that, I guess, was supposed to look like his ex.

I feel kinda bad for whoever he hooks up with next. That poor girl will have to be reminded of his history of failed relationships every time she looks at him. Sure, everybody’s got a past, but most people don’t wear it around like a shroud.

I like a guy that wears his heart on his sleeve. It’s kind of sweet to see a guy not shy away from declaring his love to the world. But tattooed all over his body? Kiss of death, dude. Kiss of death.

I hope his next love is the right one, the one that heals him.
I hope that if he’s drinking, he stops.
I hope that he can get his career back on track.
I hope he gets happier covers on his exes’ ink.
And, I’m sorry to say it, but I hope he does some sit-ups. Dude still looks bloated and generally unhealthy. Life’s too short as it is, without falling apart at his place on the path.
There’s a lot of time left. Too much to throw away carelessly.
I hope he learns to live it happy and well.

Wearing thin

Accusing Johnny Depp of abusing her didn’t work.
(Painting fake?) bruises on her face didn’t work.
Retracting her request for 50 grand a month didn’t work.
Getting her friends to stick up for her didn’t work.

There’s just nothing Amber Heard can do to make Johnny Depp look like a monster.

So now the story is that Heard is so stress ed out that she can’t eat. People will HAVE to believe that Johnny’s a bad guy if she skips a few meals and starts wearing double zeroes instead of size 1. I mean, if she punishes herself. HE’S got to be the bad guy, right?

No.

No matter how she spins it, she just can’t weave credibility into her web. It’s far too flimsy, and she’s just not going to snag Johnny in it. Nobody believes a word she says, and no matter how many pounds she loses, that’s not going to change. She just doesn’t come across as genuine. She tries too hard. No matter how hard she tries for sympathy, all she manages is to look like a petulant child who’s pissed off that she’s not getting her way.

I do feel sorry for Johnny, to a point. He should have seen this coming. The rest of us did. Still, no man deserves to be accused of abusing a woman if he didn’t. That’s a bitch move.

The person I continue to feel the worst for is iO Tillett Wright. A former friend of Johnny’s, who described him lovingly as a brother, Wright has been trapped in what I believe to be a network of fabricated abuse allegations, having her sympathies played like a violin by a greedy, treacherous gold digger.

We’ve seen it before. A kind-hearted, sympathetic friend manipulated into defending a calculated wretch whose story can’t hold water on its own. Then the friend is heartbroken upon finding out that s/he’s been manipulated, used and betrayed. S/he’s nothing more to the “friend” they defended than collateral damage, left at the curb like so much garbage.

First heard goes for the balls by accusing him of abuse, sports now-you-see-them, now-you-don’t “bruises” and jockeys for position any way she can think of to try to come out on top in her divorce from Depp. It’s not going to work. No matter what she says or does, he’s still going to be Johnny Depp, and she’s still going to be the scheming, gold-digging ex that tried to rake him through the mud.

She could still come back from this. She could drop the drama, stop accusing him of things he didn’t do, and simply sign the divorce. She’ll get her multi-millions, then she can move back in with her girlfriend and live in the lap of luxury. Case closed.

But I don’t see that happening. Despite appearances, a greedy drama queen is an ugly thing. Worst of all, it’s too stupid to know when to stop. The greediest liars don’t give up until they’re forced to. They think that one more lie, one more manipulation, one more sob story will pay off. They think that if they keep up the farce, it will miraculously become the truth. They’re so far gone down the road of lies and manipulation that there’s no turning back. Not until somebody shoots the air out of the tires.

What I think Heard fails to realize is that she’s trying to gain the sympathy of a broad public that will probably not earn in a year the kind of spousal support she wants for a month. She whines that she can’t live on “just” 10 thousand dollars a month? Yeah. Not feeling sorry for her. She claims that her request for support is being used to deflect attention away from the more important issue of domestic abuse.

No. It’s not. Her request for 50 thousand dollars a month (because a mere 10 grand just isn’t enough, whimper, whimper) is a thing because SHE asked for it. SHE made a mockery of herself by acting like a spoiled, pampered brat that has absolutely nothing in common with the masses she’s trying to win over with her sob stories. She can’t blame the media for that, or Johnny, or us. She did that all by herself. She needs to eat that.

As for those allegations of domestic abuse… again, no.

We’re not going to believe that Johnny abused her, because we’ve known him longer than she has. And by we, I’m including his ex wife, the mother of his children, his children, his friends… pretty much everybody but Heard.

She needs to just stop. She needs to grow up. And she needs to eat a cheeseburger. Nobody’s going to buy this wilting violet act any more than they bought the poor little battered wife act.

The time for so much stress that she couldn’t eat would have been during the (alleged) abuse. When (she says) it was going on. Not now, when her story doesn’t add up. She’s a day late and a dollar short for some desperate, last-ditch damsel-in-distress act. It doesn’t wash.

Amber, hon. Give it up. Take your millions and do us all a favor. Just go away.

Amber-asive

The police have been called yet again yesterday to the home Johnny Depp once shared with estranged wife Amber Heard.

What dastardly deed could Depp have committed this time? More abuse? Did he show up brandishing Captain Jack’s gold teeth with the promise of chattering her to pieces? Did he come home drunk, brandishing a phone with the threat of another flying phone incident?

No. Nothing. He wasn’t even there. He’d sent somebody to collect his personal belongings from the hoe. He wasn’t even there.

Could a new call to 911 be a ploy by Heard to keep him out of his own home, while she continues spending money hand over fist at places like Tiffany’s? Will she say that before the police showed up, Depp’s associates threatened or intimidated her on his behalf? It’s entirely possible.

Statements from the police maintain that the action of having representatives collect his belongings on his behalf in no way constitutes any violation of the restraining order. Johnny didn’t do anything wrong, and wasn’t even there. But the police got called anyway. Ah, the drama.

The pair have a court hearing on Friday to see if the judge will extend the restraining order she requested against him. It is uncertain whether or not Depp will appear.

Depp wanted a restraining order first

Turns out, Amber Heard isn’t the one who requested a restraining order first. Turns out that Johnny Depp offered Heard a support settlement that included a restraining order against her. I don’t have the exact wording of the documents, but it looks like reports of her being the abusive personality in the relationship might be correct, after all.

Maybe if he’d made the request wearing some painted-on bruises, his restraining order request would have worked as well as hers did.

Needless to say, Heard rejected his offer for support. I guess it wasn’t enough to suit her.

The way I see it, a battered woman would take spousal support, settle for half of the asset s accrued during the marriage and be done with it. Done with him. Especially if she’s worth millions herself, and he’s some abusive shmuck she’s so terrified of that she’s got to take her (fake?) bruised face to court and get a restraining order to make him stay away from his own house.

Heard’s not doing that. She’s got herself settled in their house – even though she’s got property of her own (the ranch) to which she could easily retreat safely – increasingly outrageous photos and stories continue to get ‘leaked’ to the press about what a monster he is, and for all appearances, she’s trying to gouge him for millions more than they earned together during the marriage. When is it going to be enough for her?

While all these histrionics are taking place, Johnny’s cooling his heels on Fuck-Off island. The media is having a field day noting that it’s the site where Heard and Depp married. They seem to forget that Depp bought that island  in 2004, when he was happily domesticated with Vanessa Paradis, raising their two children together, and Heard was still a teenager. Long before Heard came into the picture. That’s HIS island, and has been for a long time. There are many more memories if his family there than there are of his (not soon enough) ex wife, I’m sure.

I only hope that he’s using the time there to dry out and shape up. The last few years with her haven’t been kind to him. I know this is a miserable situation, but I hope that he can rise above it, regain his dignity and come out the other end a better man, healthier and fit. Ready to get on with the business of his life with a fresh, new outlook.

The stink will only last as long as he lets it. Scrape the shit from his shoe and he can put a much happier foot forward.

Deposition Denial

A judge denied Johnny Depp’s lawyer’s request to depose Amber Heard and  to provide all of her communications (writing, documents, texts, etc.) from Dec. 15 to present, including with her friend, Tillet Wright.

Heard attorney Samantha Spector says:

“Amber has not been given sufficient time to locate the requested documents.   The request requires Amber to review over six months of personal communications with potentially every person she has spoken with, to search for any passing reference to the incidents in question. This is unduly burdensome.”

Aw. Poor thing might sprain a thumb scrolling? Maybe crack a nail?

When the courts and all concerned legal counsel do review Heard’s correspondence, I hope they request originals straight from the phone company. That way, they know it’s less likely that anything’s been tampered with.

At least Johnny’s still got Fuck Off island. For now.

Baby Bombshell?

There are rumors floating around now that Amber Heard might be pregnant. This one’s sketchy. In none of her statements did Heard say anything about fearing for the life of her baby. Only herself.

If that’s the case, not only will Johnny never see the end of her, she’ll have the rest of that kid’s natural life to suck Johnny dry financially and yank his emotional chains forever. Johnny is a wonderful father. His kids are his life. If he has a child by someone who is so emotionally manipulative, it would be lifelong torture for him. Battles about visitations, with the kid being used as a power play against him. It would be hell.

I hope for his sake that she’s not pregnant by him. I really do. Nobody deserves a life sentence to somebody who, by all accounts is after nothing but money. I mean, if she just wanted away from him because she fears for her safety so much, she’d take his $50 million offer and go away. She certainly wouldn’t still be living in his house, spending money out of his accounts, and socking it to him for all he’s worth.

It’s not fear that’s guiding her. For all appearances, it’s greed, pure and simple.

Mostly, I hope for a child’s sake not to be brought into the world amid such nasty circumstances. A baby is supposed to be a wonderful blessing, a gift, a confirmation of its parents’ mutual love. Not a bargaining chip.

Could this baby business be just another emotionally manipulative ploy to try and break Johnny? It’s entirely possible.

All I know is that this story is rapidly reaching the point of turning my stomach. At first it was all fun and games, seeing who was going to say what about whom next. But with talk of a possible pregnancy thrown into the mix, that takes it to a much deeper level. That’s not just hitting a guy in the wallet. That’s hitting him where he lives.

Amber’s Apaths

Amid allegations of domestic abuse, I do feel bad for Johnny. It really looks like he’s being falsely accused. But I’m pretty sure he’ll come out of it okay.

The person I’m worried about right now is Depp/Heard friend iO Tillett Wright, the friend that called the police the night of the famed iPhone allegation, the night Heard refused to file a police report. Wright has been a friend of both Depp and Heard, and also describes Johnny as a gentle person. Same as every other person that’s ever met him.
But Wright has been fed story after story by Heard of alleged abuses. A kick on the private jet, alleged incidents of Johnny pushing, punching, head-butting and choking her. Wright has never actually seen a violent incident take place, but rather has seen the “aftermath” of (some of) these ‘attacks’. A bloody pillow the next day, an almost-broken nose (that wasn’t sought medical attention for), a fat lip, bruises, etc.

“I was on the fucking phone when he hit her!” Wright insists in a passionate essay about why she called the police that night.

But let’s remember witnesses who rushed into the room when Heard started screaming “Stop hitting me!” but Johnny wasn’t anywhere near her. So, is there even the slightest possibility that Amber staged the scene for iO, an “ear” witness on the phone? Sure it is. Just like it’s possible that the bruises and fat lip were staged. Painted on or self-inflicted.

In other words, Wright has seen exactly what Heard wanted her to see. And hear.

Here at the Lepplady blog, we’ve seen this sort of thing before. A vindictive shrew wants to make an ex look bad, so she accuses him of abuse. Even staging bizarre scenes to make it look and sound convincing.

We’ve also seen somebody here on the blog suck in other people to do their dirty work for them, enlisting the aid of others, referred to in the sociopathic triad as Apaths, to shovel dirt, take the heat, and throw the scent off. And that looks a LOT like what could very well be going on in this case.

Tillet looks like an unwilling, unknowing Apath, sticking up for a friend that she thinks deserves it, when, in fact, it’s very possible that she is being used.

We’ve also seen the willing Apath at work here, too, haven’t we? The sidekick that knows exactly how dirty the liar is, but backs him/her up just the same. Either for giggles or because he or she just doesn’t care what happens to people. Sometimes for money. That could be what’s going on here, too.

Not with Tillett, though. I think that poor kid is just a good person who’s being manipulated.

No, who I’m talking about, here, is Heard’s (ex?) girlfriend. You know, the one that Heard (may or may not have?) left to hook up with Depp.

Tasya van Ree is the lover that Amber Van Ree was living with before hooking up with Johnny. Yes. Amber legally changed her name to take that of her long-time lover during their 5-year relationship. That’s who Amber was arrested for grabbing and hitting during an altercation at an airport. Amber was arrested and booked for it. She wasn’t officially charged and taken to court, but she had to mind her pints and quarts for awhile to keep prosecutors from reinstating the charges.

Like I said before, there’s nothing saying that an abuser can’t also be a victim. It’s possible, absolutely.

But when an accuser has a history of committing domestic abuse, and the person she’s accusing does not, it looks like a classic case of the pot and the kettle.

Van Ree has stepped forward now, saying that the domestic charges against her girlfriend were over-sensationalized and spurred by homophobia. “Amber is an honest person!” Van Ree insists. Never mind that these assertions about Heard’s domestic abuse charges haven’t been spoken before. Not at the time that they happened, and not since. Only now, when her (former?) girlfriend has millions hanging in the balance.

“We shared 5 wonderful years together and remain close to this day.” Says Van Ree.

Of that I have no doubt.

I could be wrong, but I’ve suspected from the beginning that Heard and Van Ree didn’t completely split. I think it’s very possible that Heard and Van Ree are still involved with each other, and have been the whole time. If that’s true, then of course Van Ree would leap to Heard’s defense. After all, if that’s the case, Van Ree has those same millions on the line. She’d be the one spending them too, right?

Somebody’s lying, here. Both Johnny and Heard are pointing fingers at the other, each claiming innocence.

And each has people leaping to his/her defense. One side has good friends and family sticking up for an innocent victim. The other has accomplices that have either willingly or unwillingly helped somebody perpetrate lies and spread manipulation. We’ll have to wait and see how it all turns out.

I think you can guess which way I’m leaning.

Whoever turns out to be the lying, scheming piece of shit, I feel bad for the unwitting friends that believed and put themselves on the line for the world to see, on behalf of a lying, scheming piece of shit.

The ones who know what’s really going on and lied anyway, they can get whatever they deserve. See ya. Whatever.

But somebody like iO Tillett Wright, who seems to be an innocent bystander just trying to do the right thing… If Heard’s the liar, that’s who I feel sorry for. That kind of friend really does have a good heart and deserves so much better.

Whole new kettle

Ah, there it is.

I was waiting for this.

In a previous comment about the Depp/Heard drama that it’s been my experience that when someone smears another to make him/her look bad, the accuser usually starts with behavior they’re guilty of themselves.

For weeks now, Heard has been accusing Depp of domestic violence, even though everybody who’s ever met, married or lived with him has said that he’s not a violent guy. She’s paraded out pictures of now-you-see-them, now-you-don’t bruises, and an ever-increasing string of accusations against the Pirates of the Caribbean star, even though she never filed a single police report or sought medical attention after any of the alleged attacks. Nothing.

And now we find out that HEARD has been arrested for domestic abuse. Assault in the Fourth Degree — Domestic Violence, a misdemeanor offense, against her then-girlfriend, photographer Tasya van Ree, on Sept. 15, 2009 at 1:14 a.m. Heard, 30, and van Ree, 40, got in an argument the day before at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which triggered the arrest. Heard allegedly grabbed and struck van Ree in the arm.

It would be irresponsible for me not to point out that it is possible for Heard to be both an offender and a victim. But it does cast a ray of doubt on her claims. We’ve seen it before: the abuser crying wold and accusing the victim of her wrath of abuse. And, in my opinion, that’s what it looks like in this case. Especially with a history of inflicting abuse herself.

There it is, folks. a larger-than-life case of the pot calling the kettle black.

The tech factor

Today, a tech expert has claimed that text messages between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp ‘s assistant discussing Johnny’s abuse of Heard, are authentic. They haven’t been tampered with at all, they say.

But if you read the article, you find out that the tech only reviewed ‘imaging’ of the time stamp of backups of any reported text messages. Not any of the original texts, and did not have a single peep at the other party’s phone records. Just the backups Heard claims she made of them.

So an expert that Heard bought and paid for can unequivocally say beyond any doubt that those texts are authentic, haven’t been tampered with, and prove that Johnny abused Heard. Even though he didn’t examine the original texts.

Sounds legit.

Because, you know, stuff can’t be messed with at all BEFORE it’s backed up. Or backed up, tampered with, then backed up again.

Sidestep

Amber heard will not file assault charges against Johnny Depp. Probably a smart move, since filing a false police report is a federal offense. If found guilty of such a crime, she could face some serious time.

But it’s not keeping her from stomping her little foot and filing butthurt charges against a friend of Depp’s, who spoke out in his pal’s defense.

On May 30, 2016, Doug Stanhope spoke out in defense of Depp, saying that Amber Heard threatened to blackmail Johnny if he didn’t give Heard what she wanted. When Depp called her bluff, she accused him of causing her physical harm by throwing an iPhone at her.

That didn’t wash. Too many people saw her without bruises within hours of her appearance in court, without a mark on her.

So it looks like she’s throwing more accusations against the wall, hoping one will stick. She’s accusing him of a violent encounter last December. And is also saying that he’s been violent “the whole time,” boozed up and stoned, violent and controlling. Upping the ante with increasingly severe allegations that he hit her, kicked her, threw things at her, and verbally abused her.

Sure, because if a drunk, stoned guy abuses you for three or four years, the natural thing to do is marry him.

So, now that nobody’s buying the little girl that cried wolf act, Heard is suing Doug Stanhope for civil damages, claiming that his comments constitute defamation which have caused her extreme harm. She’s seeking the maximum jury award.

Translated: a direct assault against Depp didn’t work, so now she’s attacking his buddies to throw the scent off the fact that her claims are completely and utterly unbelievable. It’s what can only be the beginning of an elaborate smoke and mirrors campaign to kick up a dust storm.

Hmmm. Where have we seen that tactic before…?

Didn’t work then, and it won’t work now. There’s no amount of smoke and mirrors that can completely cover up a bold-faced like.

Heard’s most recent accusation is that Johnny smothered her to the point where she feared for her life. I haven’t seen a date for that act, so I don’t know if it happened before or after she married him. Either way, it’s before the iPhone-flinging accusation.

Call me crazy, people, but if somebody suffocates me to the point where I fear for my life, I’m outta there. But it wasn’t until he allegedly threw a phone at her that she left. So… he suffocated her and she stayed, but left over an iPhone? Well, I guess a girl’s got to have her priorities.

Naw. I don’t buy a word of it.

And now, she’s accusing HIM of trying to blackmail her.

Pot, meet kettle.

It’s been my experience that when a guilty person wants to make an innocent one look dirty, and look better themselves, they accuse their enemy of things that they, themselves, are guilty of. The problem with that, and I’m sure that Heard will discover this promptly, is that the matter then becomes a question of character.

Who is more believable, the accuser or the accused?

In the Depp/Heard drama, the scales tip in favor of Depp. Not just because he’s so famous and people the world over love him. But because he has absolutely ZERO history of violence against women. None. He’s got a lot more time on this planet than Heard, so he’s got a longer, more storied, romantic history. And never, throughout his entire adult life, has one person ever accused him of violence against them. Not one.

Depp’s former partners (and wife), the people who could easily and readily throw him under the bus if they had an ax to grind, spoke out in his defense, saying that he was a gentle and loving person, and never abused them in any way. Why would they do that, if it weren’t true?

Heard, on the other hand, has no substantiation at all for a single claim. She cites incidents in the past when he trashed a hotel room, or punched a wall, but she can’t produce a single account of when he has ever put his hands on another person in violence. Not a single one. She can make all the claims she wants. But unless she starts coughing up some proof, she’s shit out of gas. All she’s proven, with her own testimony, is that he has a history of not putting his hands on women.

Heard has claimed that she’s got a video of Depp’s abuse, but has yet to produce it. Not even for the authorities. She is saving that particular morsel, if it exists, for court. When she can profit the most from it.

I would LOVE it if Johnny turned around and sued Heard for defamation. She’s accusing him of horrible things that she hasn’t (and likely never will) prove, even in the smallest measure. She never filed charges and never sought medical aid. She’s got nothing.

I’m not suggesting that he should sue her for money. That would be petty and pointless. They both have lots of money. That’s not the point, here. If he counter-punches with a suit of his own, he can at least force her to put up or shut up. She wouldn’t be able to smear him in the media.

I can think of 2 reasons why he wouldn’t sue. First, he probably hasn’t been a saint. He might have been drinking or chemically altered. But that doesn’t make him a wife beater. He might be worried, though, that if he was drinking or using, that it would cast light in her favor, even if he never touched her.

The second reason that I can think of that he wouldn’t sue her is that he’s a gentleman. He doesn’t abuse women, and that includes taking pot-shots at her in court. Not even to shut her up. By not suing her, Depp proves what she’s trying to sully: the fact that he doesn’t hurt women, for any reason, in any way.

Me, I’d stand up and cheer if he did sue. Make her prove it or stop accusing him of it.

Whatever happens, I’m sure this little drama fest isn’t even close to being over. I’m quite sure there’s a lot more smoke and mirrors to come.

Laying it

Apparently, Depp isn’t the only thing Heard’s been laying for the last couple of years on a quest for his money. No, I’m not talking about infidelity – though I remain unconvinced about her continued relationships with women (including, possibly, her ex).

It’s groundwork I’m talking about.

Now, it looks like her attempts to nail him for alleged abuse last Friday are failing miserably, and nobody’s jumping on a bandwagon of sympathy over pictures of alleged prior abuse from December, 2014, either. Those “bruises” look just as fake and made-up as her most recent attempt. Maybe that’s because she failed to report that incident either. No police called, no charges pressed.

How dare I accuse that poor girl of faking abuse? Have I no heart?

Sure, I have a heart. I also have a pretty good nose for bullshit. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen somebody go to extraordinary measures to garner sympathy by faking injuries. I’ve seen the most ridiculously faked photos much more horrible than Heard’s. Compared to the truly insane, Heard’s feeble attempts to fake an injury are downright yawn-worthy. Let’s see her fake a fall off Johnny’s motorbike with fake stitches to the back of her head and then she might be interesting enough to point and laugh at.

But Heard isn’t just relying on staged photos to prove what a monster her ex is.

I’m quite sure Heard has known from the start that the gravy train with Depp was going to end. And no fool she, Heard was careful to lay the groundwork all along in case it got ugly. Now that the faked photos fell flat, she’s calling up the next wave in the arsenal: Texts.

Now, she’s releasing texts she sent saying “He kicked me!” Again, with no police reports, charges, or hospital records to back up her claims. This one doesn’t even have photos.

Heard texted Johnny’s assistant saying that Depp had kicked her. The assistant wrote back saying that when Johnny was informed that he kicked Heard, he was horrified and remorseful. He had no memory whatsoever of doing it.

That means one of two things. 1) Johnny was so blackout drunk that he didn’t remember doing it. Or 2) it never happened and Heard is hoping to convince Johnny that he was so blackout drunk that he kicked her and doesn’t remember doing it. My vote is for the latter. Sure, Johnny drinks, so it’s possible. But there’s never been any evidence that he blacks out or commits acts of violence. And, without any photos, police reports or hospital documents, there’s absolutely nothing to back up this latest claim.

But… but… the she has PICTURES! Her face was bruised!

Oh, really? Was it?

Other residents of the building she lives in saw Heard THE SAME DAY she went to court, and there wasn’t a mark on her. Not before court, and not after. So, she showed up for court, and all those tv cameras, with a bruise on her cheek. But it was apparently just for show. Amazing what a little soap and water will do, isn’t it?

A smarter woman would probably paint on a bruise and LEAVE IT THERE if she wanted people to believe that she was being abused. I mean, come on.

Fortunately, courts are smarter than (some) reporters, sensationalists, and certain chunks of the private sector. If Heard is foolish enough to pursue these abuse tactics, the histories of both parties will be investigated, along with each and every claim. Does Depp have a history of abusing women? Nope. Have any of Heard’s claims been substantiated? Not yet. Is Heard a credible complainant? Not likely. Is it possible that Heard will walk away with a single penny more than the millions she already stands to take? Probably not.

According to California common law where there’s no prenup, the couple will divide whatever they earned during the marriage 50/50, minus expenses. That means that if he earned 20 million during that time, but spent 20 million on their upkeep (houses, cars, her shopping trips – you know, those ‘necessities she claimed), then she’s shit out of luck. She can’t touch the millions upon millions he earned before she married him. ONLY what he earned during the marriage.

And let’s not forget. She’s no pauper herself. She earned money too, from acting projects like Magic Mike XXL, The Danish Girl, and the Justice League. It’s entirely possible that, taking into consideration her own earnings and expenses that he paid for during that time, she’ll walk away with absolutely nothing. Zip. Nada.

No wonder she’s trying so hard to milk him with an abuse scandal. She might not get paid as much as she’d hoped for all that time on her back, after all. Poor thing might have to settle for earning her own paycheck.

Now THAT’S what I’d call karma.

Depp-Heard timeline

May 2oth: Johnny Depp is devastated by the death of his mother.

May 21st: Heard threatens to blackmail Johnny with allegations of abuse if he doesn’t give her everything she wants. He calls her bluff and refuses. Heard plays her hands and stages a call to the cops, claiming that he threw a phone at her, pulled her hair and violently grabbed her face.

The cops come, take a good look at Heard, and conclude that there’s no evidence of violence and no arrest is made. There’s not a mark on her. Heard declines to file a police report.

May 22nd: Johnny leaves the country to tour with his band, Hollywood Vampires.

May23rd: The very first business day after the death of Johnny’s mother, Amber Heard files divorce papers, stating “irreconcilable differences” as the reason.

May 24th: Due to an overwhelming backlash, Heard releases a photo of herself with ‘bruises’ on the right (our left) side of her face.

I say “bruises” in quotes like that because I don’t see bruises. If anything, I see abrasions. And, frankly, I don’t see anything here she couldn’t have painted on herself. Some red marks with not a bit of swelling underneath.

May 25th: Heard appears in court wearing a black sack of a dress, black granny-flats, no glamour makeup, and a bruise (painted?) on her cheek, the very image of a poor, victimized martyr.

Who says she can’t act? She was seeking a restraining order from Johnny, who she says has terrorized her for years. Even though he’s off in Europe, she sobs that she’s afraid he’ll come back and “terrorize” her some more.

The restraining order is granted. So was her desire to remain in the downtown LA apartment they shared. But Heard’s request for $50,000 in spousal support was denied. So was her request for ownership of the Range Rover.

“I’m terrified of my husband! …But make him give me tons of money, his house and his car.” Sounds legit.

May 27th: Photos show heard arm-in-arm with a girlfriend, laughing it up on the way to meet with her lawyer about going for a $20 million settlement.

May 31st: court papers are released showing Heard’s “dire” financial crisis. She ‘only’ earns $10,000 a month, but spends almost $40,000 on “necessities” like eating out and clothes. Documents show she spends 2 grand a month on her car. Poor, derelict baby. How can she possibly live on a mere $10.000 a month?

May 29th: People who have known Johnny longer than Amber has come forward describing him as a kind, gentle, loving man. These include his exes, who insist that he’s never been abusive with him. Even Vanessa Paradis, the mother of Johnny’s two children, the woman he left for Amber, spoke up in his defense.

Heard manipulated and victimized Johnny from the start, they insist. She’s the one that flies into rages and throws things.

May 30th: A longtime friend of Heard’s steps forward to testify to the abuse on Heard’s behalf. She’s seen and heard the abuse herself, she says, supporting Heard’s claims.

Convenient that the only person who supports Heard’s accusations is a friend of hers, isn’t it? The police investigated and found nothing. But never mind that. It happened because Heard says it happened. Isn’t that good enough? “They’re lying!” she sobs, accusing them of being dirty cops, in Depp’s “hip pocket.”

Trauma experts confirm that if Johnny had thrown a hard-case phone at her face, pulled her by the hair and/or grabbed her violently by the face the way she describes, there would have been instant swelling and marks. Bruises can grow worse in the following days – though Heard’s seemed to disappear the instant after they were no longer needed for court. But there’s no way that those incidents happened if there wasn’t any mark on her.

And if there had been a mark on her, Depp would have been arrested on the spot, despite her accusations that the cops lied to cover for him.

She’d better be careful. Even in such a delusional world, slander and defamation only go so far. It wouldn’t exactly be the wisest thing to do, pissing off the boys in blue that would come to her defense if anything ever really did go amiss for her.

May 31st: Witnesses place Johnny more than 6 yards away from Heard when she started screaming “Stop hitting me!” She was in the living room and he was in the kitchen, nowhere near her.

June 1st: There are more pictures released of Heard bearing marks of physical abuse. Another bruise, with a bloody lip this time. Both on the right (our left) side of her face. Because, you know, a right-handed guy goes out of his way to 1) stand off to the side and strike her on the other side of her face. Or 2) strike her with his awkward hand.

Even made the cover of People. What a coup! I hope she enjoys the two minutes of attention she’s getting right now. She has neither the character nor the talent to carry her any further without the drama, in my opinion. Sure, she’s got a pretty face, but that only goes so far. Especially after the way she’s portraying it right now. And I don’t think any other A-lister will come within a mile of her after what she’s done to Johnny.

I have no doubt that there’s going to be a LOT more dirt flung around throughout the course of this dissolution. She’ll keep playing the victim, trying to soak him for every little million she can get out of him.

And it’s not enough for her to take the millions and walk away. No. She’s got to raise a stink and try to ruin his career at the same time, just like any childish shrew would. In my opinion, all she’s doing is ruining her own. She’s lying, and He’s Johnny Depp. He’s not going anywhere.

But you can’t buy the entertainment of watching a money-hungry liar play the victim for money. Seen it before, haven’t we? Heard can say whatever she wants and paint on all the bruises in the world. I’m over here like:

Depp Heard Hamstring

We’ve been talking about Amber Heard doing her level best to gain sympathy and manipulate the divorce process in her favor by accusing Johnny Depp of abuse.

But there could be more sinister motivations for her accusations. Not only is she making a grab at his wallet, it also looks like she’s trying to ruin him, and his career, in the court of public opinion.

Johnny had a film release this weekend, a week after Heard’s allegations got fired at him. It comes as no surprise that amid all of this drama, the film’s debut weekend didn’t go so well. It took in $28.1 million when it was estimated to bring in $35 million.
Nobody expected Alice to compete with the X-Men, I’m sure, but it probably would have done much better without all of Heard’s drama hanging over it.

Did she do it because she knows that she doesn’t get any part of whatever the film earns? Since she filed for divorce, she doesn’t benefit financially from anything he does from now on. It’s his career, and his money. So did she do it as one last financial crotch-shot? “I can’t have your money, so I’ll make sure you don’t earn any”…?

And never mind all of the other people that have put their blood, sweat and tears into the production, from the writers, producers and actors all the way down to whoever sweeps the floor in-between takes. There are a whole lot of people that work on a film. Not just the guy who gets his face on the Marquee. They have families. They have bills to pay. They have lives that they have to finance through their hard work, and MOST of them don’t have millions in the bank to fall back on like she does.

A couple million here and there isn’t going to hurt Johnny. But the everyday people that put in their time to try and earn a living, they’re the ones that get hurt. It’s the little guys that suffer. And it looks like she doesn’t care in the least. As long as she can get parting shots in at Johnny, never mind the collateral damage.

I thought she was petty and trifling when she started throwing accusations around to benefit herself. But now, seeing that she’s willing to do damage to people and families she’s never even seen just to wage war with her ex, she seems more monumentally selfish and horrible than even I originally imagined.

What a spoiled, selfish brat.

What Depp Heard

Reports are emerging that Amber Heard is accusing her soon-to-be ex husband Johnny Depp of domestic violence. There are pictures popping of of Heard with minor abrasions on her face, around her  right eye.

The news calls them bruises, but they don’t look like bruises to me. Bruises are dark, beneath the skin. These look very superficial. And I have yet to see any other ‘evidence’ that he abused her in any way.

I’ve got several thoughts about this picture, and her allegations.

1) Those marks are on the right side of her face, and Johnny isn’t left-handed. It’s awkward, at best, to think that he would have struck her with his odd hand.
2) She claims that he slammed his Iphone into her face, causing that “bruise.” I’m no expert, but that doesn’t look like an Iphone. It looks like a slap. And the mark under her eye looks like a scratch. Last I heard, Iphones are smooth.
3) Johnny has absolutely no history of domestic violence, while his soon-to-be ex wife has a long history of dubious motives.

Heard is throwing around a piece of paper as PROOF that there’s been abuse in the past, but the best she’s got is a hand-scribbled note, presumably by a police officer.

On it, the claim is that the police were called over a DISPUTE, not abuse. And she refused to file charges. From the look of it, she refused to even file a report.

Take a look at the date on that paper. May 16, 2016. Isn’t it convenient that the police would start getting called just a week before she files for divorce? And that pictures only start showing up after?

I don’t know about you, boys and girls, but if my guy hit me in the face, one of two things happens. He goes to jail for battery, or I do, for putting him in the morgue.

Divorces don’t pop up out of thin air. They simmer over time. Sometimes it takes one straw too many to break that camel’s back, but they’re never sudden. This has been coming for some time. My cynical nature says that it’s been coming since the day she pretended to leave her girlfriend for him. But that’s just me.

So she knew she was leaving him at some point in the foreseeable future. Why, then, wouldn’t she lay the groundwork for divorce as carefully as she laid the groundwork for the relationship? Heavy on the lay.

If she’s leaving him over her allegations of abuse, then why isn’t abuse even mentioned in the divorce? She filed paperwork citing irreconcilable differences. Not abuse. Not even a whipser of abuse anywhere in the divorce.

Yet, days later, Heard appears in court,  begging for a restraining order from her monster of a husband, devoid of her usual glamour. No hint of makeup, pushup bra or expertly coiffed hair. And she’s dressed all in black, right down to little flat black granny booties.

The only thing missing is the four-foot crucifix she should have been carrying. It’s THE accessory for martyrs.

“I live in fear that Johnny will return to (our house) unannounced to terrorize me, physically and emotionally,” Heard wrote in a sworn declaration.~
But not fearful enough to move out. Right.

I don’t think so.

Here are the facts, as I see them.

Heard filed for divorce from Johnny just days after his mother died. With not a single word about abuse. Not even a squeak.

A wave of outrage erupts about what a black-hearted bitch she is for dumping on a guy just days after his mother died. Especially when the entire world knows how close he was to his mom. Who does that?

Heard needs some damage control, so she accuses Depp of abuse. Enter that picture of her face with abrasions around the right eye, AFTER the divorce papers get filed. Not before. The desired effect: to create herself as the sympathetic victim, both to the public, and, I’m guessing, to the courts.

She got some of the things she asked for in court.
She got the temporary restraining order, requiring Johnny to stay at least 100 yards away from her.
She also gets to reside in the marital home, meaning he can’t go within a hundred yards of his own house, which he owned long before she wiggled her way into his bed.

She didn’t get everything she asked for, though, even as pitiful as she tried to make herself look. She asked for restraining orders to force him to stay away from (at least one of) the dogs. But there was no cause to believe that was necessary. Denied.
She asked for ownership of the Range Rover, and that was denied, too. Nope.
She also got shut down on her request for spousal support and attorney fees.

Good. I hope that’s a sign of things to come.

It looks like she’s already trying to make off with every asset she can get her hands on while he’s in Europe promoting his latest Alice movie. One can only imagine what she’s funneling away while he’s gone. Lord only knows how many millions she’ll ask for in the settlement. How much of his fortune will she stroll away with? Whatever she gets, it’ll be quite the payout. Not many hookers get rewarded with millions for just one year on their backs. Her acting might be questionable, but there’s no doubt she’s got some talent.

How many of his properties will she be awarded, even though he owned them all before she came along? They bought a ranch while they were together, for her to have horses. She should get that, and that’s it. If she wants to support her lifestyle, let her sidle up to some other rich, horny sap and soak him for it.

He should pay for not having the foresight to draft up a prenup. He should pay for making such a fool of himself with a beautiful gay midlife crisis that’s half his age. He should pay for thinking with the brain hanging between his legs instead of the one between his ears.

But he should not have to suffer accusations of abuse that didn’t happen.
He shouldn’t have to sell or forfeit properties that he owned before they ever met.
He certainly shouldn’t have to sell or give up Fuck-Off island. He’s owned that for a long time. That’s been his sanctuary for ages. She shouldn’t be able to take it.

Amber Heard has never, in my opinion, been a very good actress. This performance of a poor battered victim is as flimsy as any I’ve seen. Only this time, she doesn’t have her glamour and makeup to hide behind. A little wink and flirt isn’t going to sail this one through. I hope she gets called on her ploy to soak him for more than she deserves.

And I hope she gets her chain yanked for accusing him of abusing her if it didn’t happen.

Let’s be clear, here. I cannot STAND any man that puts his hands on a woman. Any man that would do that is a low-life piece o shit scumbag that deserves everything he gets.

The only thing I hate worse is a conniving, scheming cold-hearted bitch that lies about being abused in order to make  a guy look bad. There’s a special place in hell for a woman that does that, where I hope she rots for a very, very long time.
