Oh, it’s ON.

I found out recently that SOMEbody tried using my identity to take out home and auto loans in 2013. That’s being researched by both Social Security and the Federal Trade commission.

Today, I found out that SOMEbody used my credit card YESTERDAY to do some business online at my expense. I have only three words for the person responsible.

Bitch, it’s ON.

  2. I’ve contacted the retailer and reported the transgression. My money has been refunded, and now the person that initiated that transaction is in the hot seat for it.

I’ve also cancelled my credit card and a brand-spanking new one is on its way to me as we speak. My next phone call is to the Federal Trade Commission to add this information to an already ongoing investigation.

I like that word. Federal. That means that no matter what local lawyers or authorities some scamming, thieving douchebag has in his or her pocket, it won’t help. Federal trumps local every time. So instead of worrying about Big Bertha, this theif will probably learn a new number. Either a dance on the blacktop, maybe three knees deep, or a Dutch act.

Either way, it’s a whole new song and dance.

    • I’m shocked that she is stupid enough to go online shopping with your card yesterday, after everything that has already happened!!!
      I just don’t get it!

        • In prison jargon, Blacktop Dance is getting stabbed in the prison yard. Three knee deep means getting stabbed but not killed. Dutch act is committing suicide.

      • she knows you are not a millionaire and that you have a daughter and a husband.
She is well aware that you have to work for your money, you didn’t find it and nobody just gave it to you…
I know she’s angry as hell at you but I don’t understand how she can live with herself!

        • None of the people she steals from are rich, by any means. Yet she keeps right on stealing from them. And yes, even though she’s gone quiet, I say she keeps doing it, because there are still authors unpaid and books she still hasn’t taken down. They may appear unavailable because that’s what it says. Here. But Google Amazon in France, Spain, or Japan and you’ll likely see those same books available there. As active listings, not third-party sales.

She lives with herself just fine, because she feels entitled to do whatever she wants. If people are stupid enough (in her mind) not to stop her, they deserve it. In her mind. She doesn’t care. If she did, she’d take those books down, from foreign markets as well as domestic.

She’s been at this for years. She obviously doesn’t care who she rips off.

I think a lack of empathy is the first signs of a sociopathic narcissist. Somebody that sick in the head will never change. And they’ll never care.

Whether she gets $100, $10 or 10 cents, she acts like it’s hers for the taking.

I repeat, though, that she has not been identified as my would-be identity thief. If she is, you’ll be the first to know. Right after the federal judge, that is.

      • One day her daughter will grow up and ask the bitch:
“What have you done to these people?”
        “Why?”
What can tabby possibly answer to keep even a shred of decency in her daughter’s eyes?

  3. Update. I’ve been refunded my money and now the store is going after “whoever” that person was. Legal action will be taken between them. As far as impersonation and Identity theft are concerned, the feds are on it. There’s nothing more I can do but wait and watch.

  4. She had my 3 books in amazon markets, at astronomical prices. But thanks to someone with a brain at Amazon, finally, those ships have sunk. Yep, I have her publishing company/companies names removed along with her taint.

Any and ALL sales from any remaining 3rd party affiliates will revert to me, the REAL OWNER, of my works and my life. And within 5 days that won’t be an issue either, because anything linked to Tabetha Jones and any of her farce companes will be FLAGGED.

Yep, Amazon is launching an investigation into copyright infringement and theft of sales. I guess she can consider this a warning. After they figure out royalties owed, and now have proof, provided by Tabetha herself, unknowingly of course, there is the problem of her CONTINUED sales of my books. She seems to forget I kept all our conversations, and funny how a “go fuck yourself, I don’t need to be your publisher” and of course all the lies of how she removed said sales channels will now bite her in her massive ass.

And since NOTHING was published under a business name, but in her name into private accounts, well this goes beyond a civil matter it is now on the federal level. Any and ALL findings will be sent to all of the proper authorities.

She can move, jump ship, or whatever she thinks to hide that’s fine. Just a word to the wise..
YOU CAN RUN AND YOU CAN HIDE BUT YOU CAN NEVER OUT RUN THE LONG ARM OF THE LAW.
Sooner or later we all pay the piper

  5. Update:

As of June, 2016, Tabetha Jones has no publishing companies in operation that we know about, so our investigation of her has been halted. The point of examining her in the first place was to advocate for authors that reported no royalties and other related abuse from her. If she’s not involved with publishing anymore, that job’s done.

The posts about her remain in public view in case she starts a new one in the future.

If more publishing concerns about Tabetha Jones (Willis, Farmer Hoover, Saulters, etc) – AKA Zooey Sweete, Emerald Rai Fleurs, et al – arise in the future, we will post relevant updates. But for now, we’re focusing on happier topics.

    Peace.
